1. Return Eligibility
- Custom Orders: Due to the customized nature of Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective product or an order that does not match your specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
- Non-Custom Products: For non-custom items or if a mistake is made by Blind Dog Graphic, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product if applicable.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the item. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: For defective or incorrect products, Blind Dog Graphic will cover the return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Blind Dog Graphic is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Restocking Fees: Restocking fees may apply for non-defective returns, depending on the condition of the returned item and the specific circumstances.

- Product Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product for a different design or size, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges will be handled based on the availability of the new item and may require placing a new order.
